Returns Policy – NazAuto Electrical Supplies

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)

We will assess and offer:

• Replacement
• Repair
• Refund

3. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Items that have been installed or used
• Electrical components damaged due to incorrect installation
• Clearance or final sale items (if specified)

• Regional areas: 3–8 business days

3. Shipping Providers

5. Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to:

We’re not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier, but we’ll help where we can.

6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We’re not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

• Include your order number and any relevant details/photos

We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe place if no one is available. If you’d prefer signature on delivery, please note this at checkout.
