Returns Policy – NazAuto Electrical Supplies

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to sort it out.

1. Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • You cover the return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if possible)

We’ll assess the issue and organise a replacement, repair, or refund.


3. Incorrect Items

If you’ve received the wrong item, let us know and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Electrical components damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)

5. How to Return an Item

To start a return, email: support@nazauto.com.au

Include your order number and reason for the return. We’ll reply with the next steps.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and checked
  • Original shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless required by law)
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

7. Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the item.
